Well, we all wake up every morning at some point or the other. Some like to get up early in the morning and some like to get up late. Whatever time you wake up, what you do after that sets the tone for your day.
Hello Friends, I am Keshav and I am here again to talk about my morning activities which I do on daily basis after wake up. And I want to share these activities with all of you. So, let’s begin.

I do generally 4 activities. Activity 1 is feel the nature/ sunrise. I wake up at 6:30am everyday, and as soon as I get up, wash my eyes with cold water, I go to the terrace. I feel the cool breeze for at least 25 minutes and enjoy the sunrise together.
Activity 2 is Journalizing. After watching sunrise, I come back to my room and start Journalizing for 20 minutes. What is it? It means writing down your dreams or goals in paper. And with that, I also plan what I have to do for the whole day.
Once I done with Journalizing, I start reading a book which is my activity 3. It is my favorite part. Reading brings Joy. Books may be mostly related to money skills or leadership I like to read. And after doing 20 minutes of reading, I feel very positive and good.
The last and 4th activity is listening a motivational video/audio. I watch any good motivational video in YouTube or I listen audiobook in other apps in my phone like GIGL app, Smartouch app to motivate myself. This makes me excited to do more work and feel energized.
I thought it’s necessary to share this with all of you so that if you also do some activities like these in the morning for yourself so you will see good changes in you and in the upcoming results for the tasks you have. Obviously most of us check our phones first thing in the morning, see whatsapp Instagram notifications, which also disturbs our mind and its direct effect goes to our body. So, adopt some good habits and make your life better. 😊
