Hello everyone, I Hope you all had a great start of 2022..!! Today is a beautiful day to start and work on your Dreams. Well, I have just finished reading a book, named – India Skill Capital (by Anurag Aggarwal). He is a MBA graduate and he never did a Job in his life, started his entrepreneurship venture at the age of 20 and now a successful Entrepreneur, Educator, Networking and Life Skills Coach.

Well, you must be thinking that why I am talking about Mr. Anurag Aggarwal, because he inspired me a lot and his book too. The way in which he has highlighted the India’s current problem and provided a solution is so amazing. That is why I want to share my experience with you and what I learned from his book. So, let’s begin. Although there is a lot to tell in this book, but 4 important points which I like very much, I will share now.

• As we have seen since the pandemic has come into our life. We hear about job losses and around 81 million job lost in Asia only, due to Covid-19. Many people become victims of depression due to job loss. But in the meantime, some people also came forward who did not give up and started their online business. This point has highlighted by this book author Mr. Anurag Aggarwal, as we don’t have to depend only on jobs but there are many options today to start your own online business or work on your passion. By working online, we are own boss and control on our time.
• “If you have skills, you will have WORK to make MONEY”. This is rightly said by the author. For example – if your passion is to play Guitar, you can in fact, learn online by a Tutor and after learning, you can start your own YouTube Channel while playing guitar. Initially, just don’t think about money, if you have skills and people like your skills very much. Sooner or later, you will definitely earn money. As you have heard multiple times that Money is by product.
• “Understand the Achievement Process”. Well, there are 4 components of achievement process : Goal, Plan, Timeline, Action. When anything comes to our mind and we want to implement it, so we should make a goal on a paper, so that we know where we have to go in life. Planning is crucial for every dream, Unless we have written proper steps about what we have to do, we cannot move forward. The goal we have set, we should give ourselves a timeline to achieve. At the end, action part comes. Nothing will happen just by thinking, we have to take action for our dreams.
• “Don’t focus to be employed, focus to be talented in some skill”. As we also read above that how much importance of skill is there nowadays. We all have some skill or the other that we have identified or need to work on ourselves. Through those skills, we can show our talent to the world, we can contribute in our country’s economy by creating job for others so that unemployment problem in India will end.
