Different work, different notebooks📚

Lol!! Maybe you find something boring? No my friend. It is indeed interesting topic. Yes, I use 6 different notebooks for 6 different work.

For example, If I am learning something new, I use a separate notebook.

Here are 6 separate notebooks I am using for 6 different work (to achieve my goals) –

  1. Learning on Investing/ Money/ Wealth.
  2. Current Book Reading Notes
  3. Journal
  4. Dream + Goals Written
  5. English communication skills
  6. Writing own book

Let’s go through these points one by one…!!

  1. Learning on Investing/ Money/ Wealth – In this separate notebook, I have answered 2 most important questions before starting investing. Question A) What does retirement mean to me? Question B) What does financial security look like? As I have recently finished reading a magazine named – “10 Rules of Investing by Investopedia” so I took those 2 questions from this magazine. I have also jot down my risk tolerance capability, my financial goals, Time Horizon of investment and checking my emotions. If you are planning to make a separate note like this one, make sure to add your Short-term financial goals and long-term financial goals.
  2. Current Book Reading Notes – In this notebook, I jot down important book points which I currently read. For example, I am reading “I will teach you to be Rich” by Ramit Sethi (Host of Netflix’s How to get rich), and have highlighted few points or sentences from the book. (What does your Rich Life look like?) so one by one, writing sentences in my notebook so that I can review once I finished reading a book. It helps you remember what you have read on that particular book. It doesn’t mean you should make a separate notebook for each book. No!! You can write sentences for at least 6 or 8 books.
  3. Journal – Writing journal is crucial. Now, you are thinking, what to and how to write journal, right? Let me explain. There is no rocket science behind it. You just need to write down your goals and dreams daily. Put date on every dream or goal as it sets a timeline to achieve. You can also practice writing gratitude. You can write – “Thanks God, It was a wonderful day. I am living with my parents/spouse/children.” Or you can jot down upcoming plans in present form so that you can feel the moment you want.
  4. Dreams & Goals Written – Well, I have explained in the above (3rd) paragraph. You should write down your goals on a piece of paper or in a notepad. Each goal should have a written date, so that you can work and keep your focus on to achieve that goal. It will help you set more goals. I am talking about realistic goal, that should be achievable in a decent time frame. For example, “I want to buy White Tesla Car by 1st January 2025”. In present form, you can write – “Thanks god, I have bought the Tesla Car White color and I’m driving it.”
  5. English Communication Skills – In this separate notebook, I learn new vocabularies, tenses, new words, etc. I am not good at speaking English, so practicing daily by writing down. I speak those words standing in front of mirror. You can also start doing this activity if you want to learn English or any other language you want to learn. This trick will be useful in your daily life.
  6. Writing own book – In this separate notebook, I am writing a short story related to my experiences, people I met in my life, my investing and learning journey. I have published 5 e-books on Amazon KDP platform. Before I published it, I write my own story in a notepad. I love my handwriting, you should also love yours too.

So, these are the different notebooks I use for different task. I am happy to share this information via blog with all of you. 🙂 See you again !!
