No time to read a book?📚

I’m going to tell you something I’ve observed in my writing journey so far—people might call you boring, or they may think you’re an expert or something. But think back: on the day you started reading, were you that kind of person already? I believe not.

People often ask me, “How do you find time to read a book?”
The simple answer? Priority.

Are you prioritizing entertainers and social media influencers, or are you giving importance to your mental health and personal growth to become more successful in life? That’s something worth thinking about.

But today’s topic is not about time management.
Let’s get to the real question:

📚 “No time to read a book?”

Are you someone who keeps planning to start reading but ends up scrolling your phone instead?

Or do you often tell yourself, “I’ll start reading in 10 minutes”, and then end up watching a movie instead?

Well, my friend, I’ve been there too.

After completing my graduation, I used to think, “Studies are finally over—thank God! I don’t want to study anymore.”
But the truth is, real learning begins in real life. And for that, you need a book in your hand.

⏰ How can you find time to read a book?

I’m not asking you to read 50 pages a day or finish a chapter in one sitting.
Not at all!

Let’s say you usually wake up at 6:30 a.m.
Try waking up just 10 minutes earlier—at 6:20 a.m.
Wash your face, freshen up, and read for just 5 minutes or 1 page.

Do this consistently for 21 days.
By the end of those 21 days, you’ll have read for 105 minutes and completed 21 pages.

Did you notice that?

Small actions lead to big achievements.

And it’s not just about reading—
You’re shifting your mindset toward something positive and intentional.

📖 Another tip to make time for reading:

Let’s say you’re sitting on your couch or bed, getting ready to scroll through social media for 45 minutes (the average these days is 1 hour and 15 minutes!).

Next time, pause and remind yourself:
“If I read for just 5 minutes now, I’ll be closer to the life I want.”

Then pick up a book.
Read for 5 minutes.
And write down just one line you loved the most.

That’s it. You’ve just built a positive habit.
