So finally⦠today Iām writing a blog after almost four months, and thereās a very special reason behind it ā I became a dad š
Yes, you heard that right! Everything in my life has changed, and Iām truly thankful to God. A huge thanks to my wife ā she carried our baby for nine months and is still taking care of her every single day. And by the way⦠itās a GIRL š
I always wished my first child would be a girl, so I honestly feel incredibly blessed and grateful.
This journey wasnāt easy at all. One of the biggest surprises of the last few months was that no one in our family knew my wife was pregnant.
On September 5th, 2025, at 9:19 PM EST, our daughter was born at a hospital in Toronto. After her birth, we called our family members and opened a video call. For a few seconds, everyone was completely silent ā shocked. My brother and brother-in-law both cried a lot.
It was early morning in India (around 6:45 AM). They were just about to wake up, and this news completely surprised them.
Honestly, everyone is happy, I am so proud of becoming a father of a baby girl. Really it’s a blessing. š Her name is “JASLEEN” and her nickname “Jazz”.
Now letās talk about books and learning, because that never really stops for me.
During the last two crucial months of pregnancy ā and even after Jasleen was born ā it was really difficult to sit down and read a physical book. So I started using the GIGL mobile application for audiobooks and summaries.
Whenever I got a small chance ā working in the kitchen, cuddling my wife, hugging my baby, or taking her out in the stroller. I would listen to book summaries. Some of my recent listens were:
- Unshakeable by Tony Robbins
- Storyworthy by Matthew Dicks
- One Thousand Ways to Make One Thousand Dollars by F.C. Minaker
I always try my best not to waste time. So every couple of days, I listen to audiobooks or other positive content that helps me grow.
Now, Iām slowly getting back to reading physical books again. Iāve started Unshakeable by Tony Robbins because Iām focusing more on investment strategies these days.
So now I want to ask you ā
š What are you reading right now?
Let me know in the comment section below. Iād love to hear from you š
What are your thoughts?
