Hello Friends, few days back I read a book named – 101 Leadership by John C. Maxwell. This is first time in my life that I choose to read a book on leadership. Well, an amazing learning. I had a very good experience with this book. The things that I learned, I thought I would share with you and I believe they will definitely help you in your career too.

Leadership is something that cannot be achieved easily. It take courage to be a leader. You must have read many times in professional books that there is a big difference between a leader and a manager. As you know, managers are those who manage the team and guide others to complete a relevant task. While a leader is always take care of their co workers and lead them by giving them a chance to come forward and set example for others.

In fact, the higher the leadership, the greater the effectiveness. Your leadership ability always determine your effectiveness and the potential impact. Why I am giving more emphasis on this topic because leadership quality is useful in every field somewhere.

I had a chance to work with a prestigious organization for 1.5 years in the past. I saw a leadership qualities in one of my manager who was there. He used to take everyone together. Before forwarding, any work he used to discuss with all his team mates. I heard somewhere that “The higher you want to climb, the more you need leadership”. And this saying fits perfectly on him.

Well, if I talk about from 101 Leadership Book – if we have to lead tomorrow, learn today to lead. If you want to see where someone develops into a champion, look at his daily routine.
